What is our return / exchange policy?

Returns – We accept unwashed, unworn item(s) in their original packaging within 10 days of order delivery date. Once the item(s) has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, less shipping charges. All international purchases are final. All drinkware (mugs & water bottles) are final sale due to the nature of these products.

Exchanges – Because our inventory is constantly changing, it’s impossible to guarantee we’ll have the size you’re looking for in stock. You can exchange your unwashed, unworn item(s) within 10 days of customer receipt by following the below steps:

1) Place a new order for the item/size you need.

2) Send back the original item with a note of why you’re returning it.

3) Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (less shipping charges). A refund will not be processed on worn, washed or damaged items.

Black Friday – All items bought during our Black Friday sale are final sale, and are not eligible for returns.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible. Refund may take up to 10 days to post to your account.

All international orders, limited edition items and clearance items are final.
